I find the image is very interesting but I think the eyes are overprocessed and the highlights on the nose are completely blown out.

I'm always compelled by the totem/taboo look. Really like how it all centers around her eyes.

regardless of what has been said in the first comment, i still find it to be a compelling photograph. and if i were you i would have given exactly the same effect to the face as you have done. regards.

I agree with Steve to some extent about the highlights. But overall I liked this photo very much. Sooper composition. Its an eye catcher...I stopped at this photo for very long time :)
