Pretty model with a good body and lovely hair. Her expression is tense, and the pose is awkward.

She is a nice looking girl with a good figure. Her skin tone is excellent. Your focus is very good on her eyes. She has good eye contact with the camera (viewer). The lighting and her catch lights are very good.

If you have her put her legs more together you wouldn't have had to crop into her knees and she would not have had the crease in her right thigh. It would have been a better pose. This way you might be able to crop a bit off the right (her left) side. This would give you better right and left compositional balance. It's a little right heavy now.

Her right hand into her hair doesn't look natural and I don't know why you have her left arm across her breasts. That looks really odd.

I would remove the flyaway hairs across her face. 

Her expression is not very pleasant.
