What bothers me about this photo is trying to figure out what is wrong with her eye?  The make-up on her right eye looks good.  But the make-up on her left eye is strange to me.  She has a darkness under her eye that almost appears to be a black eye trying to hide under concealer.  And there is this greenish smear from her eyeshadow on the upper side of her lid.

A beautiful model.  I just don't think this particular image does her justice.  Her face appears to be outside of the focal plane.  I feel something like this, her eyes should be in sharp focus with the rest falling back.  My opinion though.

You asked, I shall oblige.  From an artistic standpoint, the bright colors serve to set this apart and I suppose there's something about having her breasts squished between her suspenders that is vaguely enticing.

From a technical standpoint, the image is out of focus.  It appears as though the focal plane runs across her knuckles with everything behind them slowly falling off.  The straight-on pose is unflattering, causing her to appear much wider than I imagine she probably is.  And finally, I think that it's cropped too close at the bottom.  I would have left some of the stool leg and more of her legs visible in the frame rather than putting her hand so close to the edge of the frame.  I'm not sure about her makeup, the smudge on her left eye seems like just that, a smudge, rather than a conscious attempt at creative application.  Just my two cents.
