Ruud, I find there is a method in the madness. The bicycle may be too big for the bin, but the colors are complementary. Unusual find and shot, as usual.

Hence, shall we now produce smaller bicycles or larger trash bins? Anyway, I feel sorry - for the trash bin and the bicycle. Don't deserve such a fate. ;-) How about the tag attached to the saddle / seat - a red X? Does it say: "Don't get rid of this bicycle using a trash bin? ;-) - Very innovative street. Congrats. Someone else's garbage just may end up another's treasure.  But the present owner was definiteyly saying  'goodbye' to this one.  Great street shot Ruud!

Bicycles lend themselves to many great shots. It is interesting to see how people interact with bicycles and how mad they can get with their once good companion. I too have a few images denoting this wonderful subject. You caught this very nicely. It is very expressive. Thanks for sharing.
