Very interesting shot. The out of focus affect at first thrrew me but after studying for a while I came to enjoy it. It really makes you focus attention  on the person standing at the distance. As I said very interesting.

Hello Kallol

Very good composition and the red fits spot on. The blur in the background is very good as it adds attention on the spot. I also like the color toning which is nice an soft.

Coming back to the blur in this picture. In my opinion the blur from the rigth middle to the lower right side is a tick overdone and is a bit disturbing.

Els it is a superb picture as I am used to see from you.

Kind Regards

Every photographer sees things differently and i like the creativity in this image. I might have processed it differently and i used NX V1.3 RAW processor software to make some changes which results in an image that is quite different to yours. I never claim that mine is better - just an exchange between photographers. PS - Based on the excellent ratings you have garnered, I would not change anything.

Hi Kallol -- Coming late to this photo, I can only underline all the raving and praising reviews your photo deserves..!  I very much like your original take here, as well as the beautiful composition, and the unusual & dreamlike mood you created.... The soft and pale green/beige colors really enhance the red sari of the lady (& focal point) in your image... A very fine capture indeed! -- With kind regards, Marjolein

Like some kind of special painting technique has been used! Maybe Tony Hadley is right about the saturation, brightness/contrast stuff though!

Best regards Kallol!

NIce and mysterious. The path leads you straight into the woman and her striking red dress contrasts with the drab surroundings. The motion blur is a great touch. NIce one!
