Blue Heron

I would appreciate any kind of feedback.I have not done much

wildlife/birds. I usually do water scenes.

Aahhh, still ponds, great light, lovely silhouette and reflections. The ripple above heron is a fortunate bonus. I really like the unique, diagonal of bushes on the right. Some debatable options might be adding or slightly increasing vignetting; and, depending on one's view of editing/removal, cloning out the trees on the top left to just leave the right diagonal shore only.

It must have been great being there and capturing this image.

a nice open frame showing the heron in it's environment.

Have you tried cropping out the vegetation on the right side of the bird so the heron is the focal point on the right half of the picture?  I would leave a little of the vegetation and all of its reflection.

I like the colors.
