Boat of Trash- in a busy neighborhood- WHY

How long are people going to just let this boat sit full of trash I

wonder?? It has been there a while, what about the officials we

elected, what about the people that live there? What about you

and me? Why do we allow such things to happen whether with

trash or lives?

Please comment.

Liz...  Unfortunately you can't deligate common sense or pride.  I fear this mentality will always be there; but keep up the fight!... Mike
