Nice motion blur, it adds to the feeling of navigating through busy traffic with one hand off the handle bar. Good use of colour to emphasize your subject.

i think its artistic, all on its own, without post-processing. in one of my "Israel" folders I have a nice blur of a girl with everything behind her in focus (it was not intentional) and it has always been one of my favorite photos! for reasons that i will never fully understand.
