Even in thumbnail size, her teeth pops out of the picture.  Maybe a bit over-process.

I'm fixing that today...thats for the critique

The teeth are indeed too bright. The skin looks over-smoothed somewhat as well. To my taste at least, the image is way too contrasty.

Was this taken with a relatively short focal length lens? Because her forehead, nose and chin look a little prominent to me. Perhaps using a longer focal length and backing off would have flattened things a bit and made the portrait more flattering.
