Unusual angle--nice diagonal line from top left corner to bottom right

the perspective and framing are good.  I'd prefer to see the eye sharp - that way the photo would have more juice.  Cheers, Micheal

The angle works, the pose works. The BG doesnt.

Thanks for the comments and the input re: the BG - I have to agree that I don't much like it either as I find it distracting. I think I will try my hand at a similar one, taking everyone's suggestions thus far for my next attempt.  Good stuff - I love getting narrative feedback!
