Please let me know that you think of one of my first portrait shoots. I

am interested to know the things that I need to improve on, things that

you like, and things that you don't like. Thank you in advance for your

critique.

I'm just thinking out loud here -

If this composition is an assignment then the execution is great. I have a sense of curiosity about the hidden woman.  The man is formidable, even intimidating.  The railroad tracks imply he can stop a train.  And on and on.

But if this composition is your choosing then I think it needs to be cropped down to a bust-size to make a good portrait.  Otherwise, as a portrait of a couple, this one is dominated by the man.
