GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted August 10, 2010 Breathtaking and such a pleasure to view. In these wee small hours of a new day, you have reinforced in me, the 'blessing' of SIGHT..........for without it, I would have never found this amazing VISION.............respectfully, Gail Link to comment
david morgan 0 Posted August 10, 2010 The photographer, as I understand it, is standing at the same elevation as a thin layer of cloud and able to see beneath and above the cloud.Remarkable. Link to comment
ffrank 0 Posted August 10, 2010 Stunning shot....and perspective, both above and below the clouds. Link to comment
joemikel1 0 Posted August 12, 2010 I´m sorry I didn´t attach a location information for this shot. I was at the top of my island (Gran Canaria). You can see "roque bentayga", then a sea of clouds, and in the BG you can see Tenerife (about 100km far) as if it was floating over. Thanks a lot for your wise and lovely comments! Link to comment
GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted November 8, 2010 I did not realize this is where you come from Jose. Soon we hope to be welcoming our second Bichon Frise into our home. I terribly miss our first Hayey. You would well know that they originate in your homeland. A beautiful and loving friend she was whom I miss terribly....hence our new addition. Her presence will mean so much more now that I know of someone from the Canaries. On one of our vacations we spent some time in Florida at a 'timeshare' and met a lovely British couple whose favorite place to travel to and 'camp' was Tenerife. They told us many stores of the beauty that is to be seen in the 'Canaries'. These island have always fascinated me since my 'schooldays'....learning of them in history class. Thankyou for adding that bit of 'info'....sincerely, Gail Link to comment
steve_wagner1 1 Posted October 6, 2012 The tonality is not at all believable or natural, and there are strong halos throughout. It's an intriguing scene, but the treatment has a lot of issues. Also, if those are mountains in the back, and they are that far away, there's no way they would appear there, unless they are 20,000 meters tall. Link to comment
