Miguel, I like this shot for 2 reasons. First, the way you captured the snake's face seems to give it a very predatory look; a snake on the prowl. Additionally, you've captured (or cropped) just enough to keep all of our focus on it's face and expression with no distracting elements in this picture. The background is also blurred just enough to contrast nicely with the snake but not subtract from its features.

Fantastic work, keep it up.
