this image is a bit strange. The shadows are rather grey (well blue

actually). I was just wondering how this ranks, and what I can do to

change it's flaws...

Some flaws are simply wonderful, very good work!!!!

The pastel like fading colors give your picture a very haunting aspect... These are not flaws , the scrathing and fading help your overall balance of this picture. Background/high contrast-high definition, foreground/low contrast-fading...

The only thing I'm not sure about negative perforated look, if they were from a real negative/print, they would be black...
