The balance of the picture divided in two by the oblique line made it pleasant to the sight. The main figure situated in one of the three thirds complete this poweful picture. Well done!

This is a very good documentary type action shot - very well studied and nicely captured. The reflections on the water body and the silhouetted active workers have created a dramatic atmosphere. A near-bw tonality has enriched the dramatic character of the composition. The diagonal line starting from the left corner of the foreground along with the long handle held by the first worker, have effectively enhanced the attention value of the image. The bright white patch in the middle of the background sky is distracting the viewer. I’ve rated this photo with 6. Best regards.
