This is a beautiful portrait of a beautiful girl. I don't usually care for girls posed straight on to the camera. Most do not look as good as when they are posed at an angle to the camera, but she looks great. Maybe it is because she seems so relaxed and happy in that pose. It just looks natural for her. 

You have focused well on her eyes. She has good eye contact with the camera (viewer) and very good catch lights. Her make-up looks good. The lighting is very good. Her skin tone is excellent. The contrast and color balance looks good. The composition also looks good (you could crop a tad off the right side to achieve a little better right and left compositional balance).

With her left foot pointing towards the camera her left ankle looks a little awkward.

Her left hand looks heavy and a little large. If posed with its side (edge) towards the camera a girl's hand with appear slim, feminine and graceful.

Your name could be properly placed on the mat. Hand signing a photograph is quite appropriate to distinguish it as a work of art if the purchaser wishes it done or even if it is on display and for sale in a gallery. Even in a gallery I would ask the purchaser if  he or she wanted it signed before I actually hand signed it.
