zhong_zhi_hai 0 Posted March 20, 2003 All comments are highly appreciated. This is my first time to develop Tri-X myself. It seems a little grainy. Link to comment
jon_fernquest 0 Posted March 20, 2003 Besides being wonderfully executed technically with wonderful rich gradations of grey tones, this photo carries a lot of meaning and is very important. You've captured perfectly an solitary act of religious devotion by an elderly person. When I lived in Burma and went to Schweidigon pagoda on the weekend, I used to see similar scenes in the remote corners of the pagoda grounds. Sagaing in Burma is another place where you see a lot of this. Link to comment

barmijo 0 Posted March 20, 2003 The composition is good and the exposure you've chosen accentuates the subject well without getting too much detail in the background. Excellent work! Link to comment
peter_witkop 0 Posted March 23, 2003 This is an excelant photograph. The tonal values are great. My experiences with Tri-x is that it is quite grainy, particularly in 35mm, nearly as much as Tmax 3200 (rated at 800 or so) Link to comment
nikonuserf100 0 Posted April 15, 2003 Very nice. This is a situation where a single photo tells a good story. Link to comment
