This is a very well done portrait. Your focus and the skin tone is very good.

I would suggest that you move your main light up a bit so that the shadow from the nose ran toward the corner of his mouth, not to the side of his nose.

I would also crop a bit off the top. He doesn't need that much head room.

I like the skin tones and the light too and I also agree on the nose shadow. Also the shirt collar looks a bit weird, as if added in Photoshop :)

Aside that, very good portrait.

Perfectly framed my friend... You've given the 'headroom' the same spacing as the sides which to my eye, a photographer's eye, is perfect. A stunning and very well made image. Bravo!
