I like the way you played the light and scene, but if you zoomed like that on them, maybe centering them wouldf have balanced them a bit, the left where the coat touches the margin of the image is a bit weird for me.

Unfortunately, the water ended just past the woman's coat and it was black there, ruining the silhouette effect. I might try cloning some water in to balance it better.
