seungkyelee 0 Posted July 29, 2010 The twin waterfalls creates winds and sends mist high up in the air. Standing on the edge I felt a faint breeze, and sometimes a fine spray of water particles on my face from below. From the edge there is a free fall of 183 m./600 ft. Thankful for comments. nicolaus_wegner 0 Posted July 29, 2010 I have never seen anything quite like this Seung. Totally amazing photograph with so much going for it. Such a unique place, and the composition is awesome. Link to comment
lalit 0 Posted July 30, 2010 Beautiful place and very original scene. I would reduce the magenta tint and adjust the WB with some warming. Link to comment
stuart_bellamy 0 Posted July 30, 2010 Wow Seung! Saw your photos a year or so ago and everytime i see you new work, very impressed. Beautiful shot! Recognise this scene from a photo done by Pat Di Fruscia, looks like the same place. Keep it up pal,Stuart Link to comment
seungkyelee 0 Posted July 30, 2010 Lalit: I see what you mean. But, on the print it looks just the way I want it, giving the impression of subtle, night blue shadows with a minimal of warm tones. This was shot at night and available light was very faint. Not too often I go for cooler tones in my photography, but in this photograph I found it suitable.Stuart: thank you. Now, it`s a long time since I`ve seen Pat`s work, but I do not think he has a photograph from this place though. But, I might be wrong ;-)Thanks a lot for the feedback, guys! Quite a while since I posted anything here, so I`ll better post another one soon.Best WishesSeung Kye Link to comment
PeterKrenek 26 Posted July 30, 2010 A marvellous night shot of a beautiful landscape. What is the bright point on the left edge of the cliffs, a hut ? I can imagine a star trail version of this, I wish I could have a try... Link to comment

seungkyelee 0 Posted August 12, 2010 Thank you very much for your comments!Peter: it`s a result of one of my personal choices :-) It`s the headlights of a car that just happened to come around the bend during the exposure. I did not notice the car as I was overwhelmed with the height and loud rumble of the waterfalls at the time. Actually, I have two almost identical RAW-files, but of some bizarre reason, I liked this one with the tiny car lights. I perfectly understand if it seems odd to you...it seems odd to me to.If you want to read more about this photograph and my trip to Vøringsfossen in general, see this blog post.Again, thanks guys, for letting me know what you feel about this photograph.Best WishesSeung KyeWebsiteBlog Link to comment
