Study in Light and Dark, Circa 1994

A tiny bit of doging and burning and a slight removal of some flare

from the low sun....

I find the darkness around the building and the right foreground a little too dark for my taste. The composition is excellent and I like the quality of the light. I know it's tricky to expose scenes like this, but I find the result here doesn't quite work.

A little too dark and I'm not sure if I like the tree in front of the subject

Beautiful composition. A tree works good for diagonal. However, density of left-bottom triangle still too high.

Stunning photograph. The best color photographs are with the fewest colors.
