A picturesque scene of a wonderful subject.

Owning the same lens and understanding its full potential through the use of my state of the art testing facility and procedures that exceed all the Internet review sites and so called "test reports", which are often  flawed , I rated this image a 6 for its overall technical quality because F/6.6 does show a loss in the finer details that would normally be well developed at F/2.8.

You had the ideal perspective, with the dragonfly and branch in the same plane as the lens, so DOF would remain the same across your field of view, but the image quality would have improved.

This is not uncommon because of all the incorrect literature written by those that are not expert in field of applied optics, optical testing and application photography from all the topics from  A to Z, including the most demanding fields in the scientific community.

Again, this is a wonderful looking image, but there is room for improvement using this fine Sigma 150 F/2.8 APO macro lens in settings like this.

I also own this lens and have tested it in my formal optical lab, therefore understanding it full capabilities at all settings.
