I think that flare at the bottom right is quite distracting. Anyway, it's a nice shot.

I kind of like the flare.  Her irradiated armpit and wrist, not so much.  It's a bold lighting decision, I just don't think it works.

I also like the way her arms form a perfectly straight diagonal across the frame and I think your choice of crop suits the image well.  I'm not sure about the over-the-top eyelashes and eye makeup but this is a fashion shot after all and I'm sure I'll be in the minority on that.  I just feel that the balance of the image is very soft and pale while the area around her eyes focuses too much of my attention.
