david_solomon 0 Posted March 17, 2003 Cute, good skin color. Would have elevated the soft box to throw highlight at 1 o'clock decrasing the shadow on top of cheeks. Link to comment
yakim_peled1 0 Posted March 17, 2003 I like the lighting. A lot. What exactly did you do ? Put two flashes with soft boxes, one on the right and one on the left ? Link to comment
tpaul 0 Posted March 17, 2003 I used one large softbox just to camera left. I had to lower it because her bangs are so thick, it was causing her eyes to grow dark. Had her mom brush her bangs back, that helped a little. I am not fond of the shadows on her cheeks and will dodge before printing. Link to comment

greg_whitten1 0 Posted March 19, 2003 Ilike the slight shadows on the top of her cheeks. Makes it a little different, a little more low key, without being distracting. Link to comment
joe_garrick 0 Posted June 11, 2003 Sorry, but I can't handle the monster lighting on this face. I'd move the big light back up and use a fill light or a white reflector low - and brush that hair back a touch more if necessary. Great shot otherwise. It's an adorable face and the shot is razor sharp (I've never understood why people like kids to be fuzzy). Link to comment
