Route to San Diego from Phoenix

Tech. and aesthetic critical feedback needed

What time of day was it and what exposure did you use?

The photo itself is a bit non-descript, not bad, but not that inviting either. What I find most interesting is the amount of detail in the photo from the close mountain and rocks, to the bright blue sky and clouds. That looks like a very wide dynamic range captured on film successfully. Very good.

Vele is right. There really is nothing interesting in the photo, plants animals, colors(except for the sky).. the foreground includes the cement looking rocks, which are very 'non-descript'. The detail is good though, and the composition is good as well, its just seems that theres nothing all that interesting to fascinate the eye. Overall a nice picture!
