Beautiful framing here Steve. Each element holds its own in the scene. The red soil breaks up the monotone dirt. And the green is catches your eye. This will look awesome in a large print. Ry

I'm guessing Lassen Peak. Yep, there it is in the details. Shoot this trough a lensbaby and you have doubled the effect. I have seen this a couple times before and I want to shoot this bad. Edward Nunez has a few of these. Yours is more earthy in color and I like it alot. I will be looking for something like this at Point Reyes, but I seriously doubt I can get anything this good lol!!

Yes, just like a miniature landscape it seems. Love the light here and the details in the landscape has this otherworldly quality that makes it hard to put this photograph away.
