Great portrait. My only critique would be the small areas of the face which are too bright (probably from post processing).

Very nicely captured.  

I love the use of light in this image as well as the B/W choice.  

Great detail and catch light in the eyes.  The rim of light on his nose  and the right side of his face is good to outline his details.
