Flash storm.....

We had a flash storm which lasted no more than 10 minutes - I had a

macro lens on my camera and dashed out to capture what I could holding

a newspaper over my camera - my small Acer was being whipped around

and I managed a few shots before I got soaked...

It's hard to do a good job of capturing an image that says "rain".  This image is one of the best I've seen!  The cool blue and dark reds work well together too.  Great job!  Congrats for getting out there with your camera in the rain...
