A lovely image of a tender moment.  Well done.  However, I don't like the stark exposure different between the woman and her hand.  It appears that her hand jumps off the page, which may have been the effect you were going for.  I guess I don't like how the woman is so dark, and made to be the secondary subject.  You titled this "Memories".  To me memories are something that are had by a person, and sometimes those memories are triggered by things.  In this image you've made the object in her hand the main focus.  But if the subject is to be of a memory, I feel the woman should take more precedence.
