darrin james 0 Posted March 11, 2003 This is the third in a series. Curious to know which one people like best. Thanks, Darrin Link to comment
jbreding 0 Posted March 11, 2003 I like all 3! Very touching, the expressions of this little girl should be the expressions of someone much older. They convey a great deal, and congrats on capturing that. Link to comment
ben couvillion 0 Posted March 11, 2003 stunning. i like the one where the young girl is making eye contact with the camera best. great composition on all of them. Link to comment
eduardo_ferrer 0 Posted March 11, 2003 great color, no back ground distracting, and has feeling Link to comment
louis1 0 Posted March 12, 2003 I prefer this one because it is more intimate. She is lost in thought but not about the baby...... and the baby is trying to make eye contact . II shows the burden she is carrying relative to her own small body perhaps a tighter crop on it would emphasise this. Thanks for sharing Louis Link to comment
michael_stevens3 0 Posted March 12, 2003 Finally, s shot that wasn't staged and given a 7 for originality! I'm assuming you are a photo-journalist. Same here. I love the photograph. These are the truely masterful works and contain so much more emotion than a hap-hazard portrait or trees in winter. And, it's not digital!!!! Tons of respect for this one. Cheers! Link to comment
chrisspracklen 0 Posted March 12, 2003 A truly moving picture that causes you to wonder what lies behind it. Well done! Link to comment
tomsperduto 0 Posted March 13, 2003 This is beautiful. I'm curious if it would be stronger with a really tight crop on just the girl and the baby. But, I love the colors of the skirt also. I truly love pictures like this. Kudos. Link to comment
rick vincent 1 Posted March 13, 2003 Beautiful lighting on these two. A very nice capture. Link to comment
tom_thurston 0 Posted March 14, 2003 Perhaps it might be a bit better if the bottom was cropped to rumove the bit of wood. Link to comment
benja 0 Posted April 6, 2003 I think it is captured perfectly, the infant looking up at the girl, the girl showing only a little bit of strain. Exelent job. Link to comment
