Besides the nice complimentary colors, that always have their effect, this is an excellent shot. Nice angle, not too accentuated, with the head of the model perfectly straight while the body takes an unusual but very expressive position. The dog is the final touch, looks like a professional model and the ears and the shape of the head are well evidenced over the background. Regards

OH, Wow, I love the colours and textures in this photo! One funny thing occurred to me when seeing just the bottom part of the picture: did you have to drag the dog into it's position?:-) I can see some marks on the floor, that suggest that :-) Only a little joke, as the whole photo is excellent. I am smitten. 7/7 from me. Regards, Jana

First off, I am not a model photographer or a posed people photographer. That said, I find this image not sensual at all but captivating for the wrong reasons (to me). I am reminded of the barbie doll with disproportionately long legs. The pose makes the models legs look as if they are more 2/3 the length of her body and her torso is bent at a very odd angle. The hand is hanging stiff. The only thing expressive is her face, but it looks like it has been screwed onto a lifeless mannequin. The overall pose looks lifeless and mannequinish. To me the only thing that exudes life is the dog. Perhaps I am not getting it, the point was to portray lifelessness. The color and contrasting background works well. I would have used the model to exude life into the run down backdrop!

On purpose, I did not look at your gallery before I made the comment. Now that I have seen the rest, I like the very humorous B/W picture of the model with the the dog checking out the flowers. To be very clear, my comments are directed at the pose and not the model. My intent is not to be blunt, just offering a different perspective.
