This is a nicely done head and shoulders portrait for a young girl.

Autumn is a cutie. You have focused well on her eyes. She has good eye contact with the camera (viewer) and has a very nice and natural looking smile. Her skin tone is very good. The lighting is good. Your background is nicely out of focus and the color goes well with her hair and skin tone. The color saturation and contrast is good. 

The only thing I might have done differently is to crop just a tad off the left side and crop about half way up to the bottom of her hair on the bottom. This would have given you a little better compositional balance.
