Provocative title there (yes, I know what it really means). Underexposed and flat. Good composition, though, pretty girl.

needs better lighting, and I'd prefer the flower in the middle of the picture to be a bit more to the camera's left or lower so she is more visible.

To me the composition is confusing.  What is the subject of the photograph - the girl or the flowers?  If the intended subject is the girl -the photograph is underexposed and the lighting is flat.  If the subject is the flowers, the photograph is not focused for the flowers obscurring the model's face.

In either case the out of focus yellow splotch in the lowe right hand corner of the photograph contributes nothing positive to the composition.

The confusion presented by this composition is a fatal element in my opinion.
