Working with intentional slow shutter speeds to create a level of both

blurring on the subject and the background to convey the movement of

the cyclist.

Robert, I think this is one of those things that for me, I understand how it happens, and I know the settings, but it is difficult to accomplish sometimes.

 

I think you have handled showing motion very well, without causing it to become completely unrecognizable.
