anish 0 Posted June 9, 2010 Pre-dawn blue tones dominate the color spectrum here on a spring morning at the Buttermilk Hills near Bishop, CA. This was taken well before sunrise, so exposure and processing were handled to reflect the low light and natural colors at the time of capture. Single exposure double processed to manage the contrast between sky and deeply shaded foreground. Thanks for any comments. Link to comment

anish 0 Posted June 9, 2010 Thanks, guys. I left a bit of space at the bottom as I wanted to give the primary rock some breathing room. Also, I liked the way the deep shadow along the bottom edge serves as a border.That said, I think the crop suggestion works as well. Link to comment
