alentejo -- a road to somewhere

It might just be me, but, I respond to this like I am looking at a "fine art" nude. The earth laid before me like a beautiful woman...and the road that leads to her heart. A great composition, Carlos.

This is an interesting set up with a poetic message indeed and to me the clouds and that slight excess of brightness gives this meditative image a touch of spirituality.  The lonely tree and the long winding road to the unknown seem to accentuate that sense of solitude and temporality.  Fine, subtle, interesting work!

Great combination of composition and undulation. Landscapes rarely feel personal. This does.
