Comments welcome.

This is actually a photography of the reflection of the tree on asmall river, seen from above, by night.

I'd particularly like your help concerning two points:

- How should I have handled white balance? The light was tungstenand the overall photo appeared very orange-ish. I wondered if I had tokeep these orange tones or if I had to modify the white balance toshow the real colors of the tree.

- What centring should I have chosed? This is a crop from theoriginal image, which had a much bigger area of black, but I wonderhow I could have done better.

i like that it draws you in to look closely at what is going on and what the different bits are. I suppose some would feel the darkness may be a lot of dead space but the position of the subject and the way it is off centered leaves a sense of mystery as to what is not seen and so adds rather than detracts or distracts. Any more may have been too much, but I like it as is.

For the colouring, removing the orange of the tungsten seems to have been a good option and what you have there is nicely cool and understated, at least to me.

nice effort.
