She is a beautiful girl -- an Elizabethan fairy in an enchanted forest -- wonderful! You have focused well on her eyes. She has good catch lights. I love her make-up. The eyeliner goes nicely with her top. The background works very well with her outfit and she is well separated from it. The Rembrandt lighting is very good, as is her skin tone. She has very nice specular highlights on her lips. The composition is excellent. 

I'm not sure this needed to be in a horizontal format, but it looks good.

I love her stand-up collar, but having it bent to the side in front (under her chin) doesn't look very good.

There is a reflection on the whites of her left eye that should be removed. Make sure the whites of her eyes are really white. They are a little gray.
