Great shot again Ton! The open space with the women on sms - the chart on the floor reminds to the banksters and what they are in the news so much...

Very balanced shot - Congratulations!

... with this beauty... I mean, the photo!

Seriously; this is a beautiful, unusual composition with great midtone contrast.

The seemingly empty space divided by that broken line makes my eyes roll helplessly!

Just great.

looks like it's not always a fine line that makes difference between ordinary and extraordinary, here the line seems thick and broken but has a dramatic impact on the atmosphere bringing unrest and anxiety and changing this common view into an absorbing scene. The lack of any components on the other side of the line may be a bit surprising at first but the composition defend itself with ease with its simplicity. Best regards.

Are you back? I noticed some activity on your part so thought I'd come take a look. I like the way you've utilized composition and perspective to make a very photographic statement. There's a suggestion of scale in your approach and the way she stands is not an insignificant part of the this photo. Quite a nicely devised moment, captured and created.

thanks all.

No, I'm not "back" as of yet. At the moment I'm still preoccupied with some other stuff (nothing serious) which leaves me little time to fool around on the internet.

Fred, I'll drop you a mail this weekend.

take care,

Ton

Simple, poetic, communicative and minimalist composition. Well done, Ton!
