Not Here 93 Posted May 11, 2010 David... Wow, those eyes, so thoughtful, inquisitive and wise. Hans is maturing into a handsome fellow. Oh yes, the treatment really gives this a nostalgic and classic look... Mike Link to comment

David-Wisse 5 Posted May 11, 2010 Thanks very much Mike & Patsy. Hans has got a lot of personality, and is just about the most affectionate dog I've ever owned. He's a holy terror in the woods though - and wants to bring me every skunk or porcupine he finds . . .Take care, David Link to comment
jrickert 2 Posted May 12, 2010 Hans looks like he wants a hot dog. Very nice photo. Hans looks very intelligent. Fred often gives me this look. Not to be critical: just trying to learn. Why did you cut off his legs in this shot? Link to comment
David-Wisse 5 Posted May 13, 2010 Hi Janice, and thanks! The composition here was intended to feature Han's head and expression, while including the plant at lower left for balance. A longer view may have been nice as well - just different!Take care, David Link to comment

GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted June 14, 2010 I agree with Michael, David. Your choice of 'color' editing certainly has produced a nostalgic shot. Just beautiful. Now on to Hans, what a handsome fellow, with such a gentle face. I have not had a dog in a few years and miss mine terribly. You certainly must love this fellow, and there is no doubt in my mind that he loves you very much, what a loyal friend to have. Warm regards, Gail Link to comment
MarieH 701 Posted December 1, 2016 My pup Chappie does that questioning look all the time. Its like he knows what I'm saying or really trying to understand. I need to catch that look. So Nice! Link to comment
David-Wisse 5 Posted December 2, 2016 Ya, love that look Marie. As if they're trying so hard to understand English. Thanks, David Link to comment
