She is very pretty. I love the feel of this photograph. It has the feeling of softness and spring. Her make-up is very nicely done. Her skin tone is very good. The background is nicely out of focus and neutral. She is well separated from it. There are just enough shadows on her to make it interesting and to give an illusion of depth within the photograph.

Catch lights would give more life to her eyes.

There is something feminine and sensual -- yet natural(?) -- about the way she is blowing on the flower (weed?). Too bad you didn't have a dandelion in parachute ball form handy. I'm not sure blowing on this really looks like a very natural thing to do.

I would give her a little more room on the right. Your subject should have more room in front of her than behind. This allows her to be facing into the picture, not out of it. You want to compositionally balance the left and right sides of the photograph. The compositional "rule" for this suggests that you position the tip of the subject's nose in the vertical center of the photograph.
