jud 0 Posted March 2, 2003 Great contrasts in this one-- the icy forground, the misty water, and the brilliant sun. Nicely composed, and the frozen plants really radiate COLD. Nice shot! Regards, Jud Link to comment
mg 0 Posted March 2, 2003 I love it - as it is... Would have been a 7/6 if it weren't a tad over-sharpened, but if your original is crytal clear, this must be one heck of a print ! Splendid ! Best regards. Link to comment
atle.g 0 Posted March 2, 2003 Composition, tonality and the low position you shoot it from, works very well!! Link to comment
hareshkhanna 0 Posted March 2, 2003 this looks like one of the Elliot porter photographs I saw at Fort Worth's Amon Carter Museum some time ago. Excellent! Link to comment

thomas aagaard 0 Posted March 4, 2003 Love it, Almost unreal. Is this really just ONE shot or what did you do to it? Link to comment
morey_kitzman 0 Posted March 4, 2003 Thomas It is really one shot, however, in my scan the sun was too bright, so I wrapped some clouds around the lower half of the sun. I think if I had a good scan the sun would be ok. All the mist and clouds are as you see them. Thanks. Link to comment
jbellis 0 Posted March 5, 2003 I love the tetons in the winter and this photograph makes me want to be there right now. Great shot. Link to comment
fred_j._lord 0 Posted March 7, 2003 Morey: Looks like you were crouching low for this one. Had those tripod legs splayed all the way out. Very nice perspective and tones. Link to comment
