Of the two Flowers this being one and the other bieng the orchard,

which one works best in B/W?

I think this shot would have been better if you'd focused in the middle of the rose so that the front and back were out of focus and the middle in focus. With the front in focus and the back out of focus it just seems unbalanced and messy.
