Great shot with some technical flaws.  I would have cropped the left side and bottom as I don't like the way a small portion of the nest extends off the left side of the frame and the little green twig popping up on the bottom right corner should be either cloned or cropped because it's distracting.  The photo also seems to lack critical focus (difficult to achieve with a diving bird).  I have a couple Osprey shots in my gallery including one similar to this.  The exposure is pretty close but I might try recovering some of the shadows in post.

These birds are very impressive, congratulations on your capture.
