This is truly an elegant and "fancy" photograph of a subject with the same characteristics.

The composition, lines, tones, light (including the wonderful shadows and reflections) all contribute, as do the hairdo, makeup and dress, and the expressive pose of the hands. Rendering it as a pastel, with the faint red of the lipstick, also contributes.

What also works for me is that it only incidentally happens to be a sexy view of a beautiful woman with great legs wearing what may or may not be lingerie. When that takes a back seat to the overall beauty of the photograph, we get true elegance and fashion.
