Filling pickled plums into jars.

This is a small traditional shop in the resort town of Hakone, near

Tokyo. The shop specialises in umeboshi (Japanese pickled plums eaten

with rice as a condiment) which are prepared on the premises where

they are sold.

Something about this doesn't take it above average for me. I think it's because the subject is so dark and hard to focus in on amongst a cluttered background. A better quality scan may fix this.
