David, this is beautiful. The serendipitous gap between the reflections that follows the line in the rock is great, and the jagged edges all add up to an excellent image.

Thanks Darko and Jeff!

It's fun to see what 2 little straws of grass and a gust of wind can do in the water :o)

You wouldn't be able to tell about the wind, but I timed this with a strong gust and it created the long white side by side strokes that oppose the main flow.  You can see them especially in the bottom, just left of center.

Thanks again Jeff!

Yes, being there and splashing around in the stream is the fun part :o)

I think I'll make a print of this one tonight.  That's fun too!

A wonderful natural abstract. The ripples flowing multiple directions really make the shot, along with the sky reflections. Great work David.

Well seen, and composed. Reflections with sky details, and the diagonal gaps make for a very interesting and original photo. Complex, but nicely ordered.

I am late to the party, but concur fully with the general assessment.  This is a truly superb image.  Excellent graphic qualities to this abstract intimate.  Good eye to see this one.  I trust you are enjoying your summer.  Cheers!  Chris

Thanks Chris!  This one has been in a frame on my desk for 2 months and I haven't grown tired of it yet  It's fun to explore.

I hope you enjoyed your 4th of July weekend!  We splashed around in Lake Michigan for 4 perfect summer days...
