move back about 10ft and increase your DOF, too much upfront and too washed in the back.

would be a killer shot with just some minor movement.

I agree, DOF could be a bit wider, but moving further back would have meant that details (incl. layer of frost) on the wooden fence are lost, hence the closeup.
