Well, we made it through winter!  Haven't seen anything this beautiful up here yet though!  The color is grand, and I love the bokeh.  I just learned that term recently because that was the subject of our local photo club competition.   Hope all is well with you!  Cute bio picture!

Christal and Bob, thanks for looking. I particularly liked the DOF myself and was quite surprised how it worked out with the background. I have been absent for awhile, feeling that I haven't taken any photos since the snow that I felt were "sharing" quality. Not that I'm dumbing down my work, but I try to pick the very best of what I shoot to share on here. The ones that I feel can convey emotion. I'm so glad for spring to be here because I was getting tired of being trapped in the house due to the "cold." Probably wouldn't have been cold to you, but here in the South, we had an unusually cold winter, the likes of which hasn't been seen in about 30 years, since I was born. I hope you get some pretty flowers up there soon!!
