The expression of surprise and wonder in the primate's face is priceless.  What a capture - the great benefit of a fast multi-shot setting and a ready eye.  Absolutely wonderful exposure, composition, DOF, everything...  A master at work here.

The old saying is that "timing is everything" but you still have to be ready when opportunity knocks. A very engaging image!

I agree CJ...we have an ancient saying in Greek.."syn Athena kai hira kini"...which simply means that...if the Godess Athena gives you the opportunity...move your hand...and the boy scout motto is...BE PREPARED...From the ancient Greek again.."Eso etimos"....:)... Thanks for the nod.
